Frizzante

Frizzante [pronunciation: frid-dzan-tay]

Translates to “gently sparkling.” A generalized term that can apply to any Italian wine containing 1 to 2.5 bars of pressure. This is the softest amount of effervescence a wine can have– frizzante sparkles are like pixie dust!
